ESPN First Take asks: Why aren't there more black coaches in college football?

It's 2012. Seventy percent of college football players who excel in the sport and transition to the NFL are African American. Most of the top recruiters in college football are black assistant coaches who've played football at the collegiate level.

Think about it: If all black football players boycotted the major colleges and played for black coaches at the Historically Black Colleges, we'd have Prairie View A&M or Jackson State as the National Champions easily.

What are your thoughts on this?
